Rates
Free initial appointment (email or call for details)
$120 per 50-minute session (ask about my sliding scale)
$150 per family/couples therapy session (60-90 minutes)
$40 per group therapy session (60-90 minutes)

Hours
Monday: By arrangement
Tuesday: 12-8 (Other times by arrangement)
Wednesday: 12-8 (Other times by arrangement)
Thursday: 12-8 (Other times by arrangement)
Friday - Sunday: By arrangement

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available for those on a limited income.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not appear for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, I charge half of your therapy fee (unless circumstances are beyond your control).
